This routine is created by 17th generation master Chen Fake based on Chen Lao Jia Yi Lu form. Compared to the Lao Jia Yi Lu form, the Xin Jia routine has more apparent silk reeling (chansijing 缠丝劲)movements, more explosive release of energy (fa qing’ 发劲 ) and increased movements per posture. The Xin Jia routine trains your core and helps you to develop your inner strength.
