Candid moments documented during the entire Tai Chi Retreat (18 – 24 April 2026) revealed enthusiastic, joyful faces of every participant. It was an eventful week of Tai Chi practice amidst the idyllic setting of Yuntai Mountain, a cultural immersion with authentic local food and visits to sacred sites like Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple. Not to mention a Tai Chi pilgrimage to Chenjiagou Village, the historical birthplace of Tai Chi.
