This short Beginner routine is created by Master David Bao based on Chen Tai Chi Xin Jia traditional form. Suitable for beginners to learn the basic techniques of Chen Tai Chi Xin Jia before mastering the traditional long form.

Compared to the Lao Jia Yi Lu form, the Xin Jia routine has more apparent silk reeling (chansijing 缠丝劲) movements, more explosive release of energy (fa qing 发劲 ) and increased movements per posture. The Xin Jia routine trains your core and helps you to develop your inner strength.
